The product itself did not hold up well over time, but the customer service team was helpful in resolving the issue.
We purchased this for use with our fifthwheel during an Idaho winter. We stayed in an RV park from November through early March, and the hose performed excellently with no leaks or negative aspects to report.
I am hopeful this will be effective, as a freeze is forecast for this week. I installed it recently during a cool spell and felt it warm up, though not for an extended period since temperatures weren't at freezing. This upcoming cold snap will be the true test.
